ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THE PAYPAL MESSAGE AREA WHEN YOU CHECK OUT:

1. Code(s) under Greyhound head(s) from chart at the bottom of this page - you may choose up to 4 heads.
2. If you have more than one dog, provide sizes with the codes: small, medium or large.  This will help depict the ages/sizes of your dog family.
3. Name for each head (optional) from left to right - you can provide this information like: "Sally, code A4, size medium."
4. Personalized title text (at the top of product) and color.  (Red, lt blue, dk blue, lt pink, dk pink, lt green, dk green, purple, orange, or black)
